We help organisations communicate with confidence, build trust with stakeholders, and strengthen their communications and corporate affairs capabilities.
We work with leaders through periods of change, growth, and transformation, when decisions matter and communication cannot be left to chance.
In those moments, you need more than good communication. You need a clear narrative that works both inside and outside the organisation, builds trust with stakeholders, and aligns people behind a common direction. Done well, it strengthens confidence in your leadership, creates the space to act decisively, and enables change to happen faster.
We help you cut through complexity in uncertain times, develop a clear and coherent story, set expectations with stakeholders, and demonstrate progress.
With risk advisory at the heart of River Effra’s work, we also identify potential challenges early, helping you stay ahead of issues and respond with confidence.
Our approach is grounded in a simple belief: communication is most effective when it is built on strong decision-making.
Communication is not just about explaining what has happened. It is about helping organisations navigate change, aligning people around a common direction, and earning the confidence of those who matter most.
We bring together leadership communications, media and stakeholder engagement, and corporate affairs advisory into one integrated team.
We build the right team around your needs, combining experienced advisers, specialist expertise, and strong relationships across media, policy, and stakeholder audiences. We work at pace, integrate quickly, and focus on what will make the greatest difference.
Everything we do is focused on making a practical difference to your organisation. That means helping you align your people, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and develop communications and corporate affairs teams that are equipped for the opportunities and challenges ahead, including the effective use of AI.
